InFamous Paper Trail: Part 2 was released on March 29th. It features 3 more missions in the Paper Trail story, the free weekly DLC that Sucker Punch has been releasing. Paper Trail will also require access to the Internet to interact with clues.

Part 2: Mission 1: Pick Up the Trail
Start the mission located in the middle of the bridge.
Chase Celia when she whizzes by. She makes a lot of sharp turns, so I recommend taking it slow and following her paper trail.
Take care of the DUPs in the nearby area, then use your camera to take photos of the crime scene. Collect the phone, note, and key fob in the crime scene.
Follow the marker on your mini map to sync up with your online account.
You will collect of few bits of evidence after taking the crime scene photos, two pieces being of importance to solve this puzzle. One is a cell phone and the other is a Key FOB with a 6-digit pin that changes ever few seconds.
Go to the Paper Trail website and click on the phone. A new window will open with the cell phone on the left, with an indication that there is a voicemail. When you click on the phone a keypad opens up.

The Key FOB is on the right of the screen with the 6-digit pin to access the voicemail. Origami Dove #4: connect the dots. In between each dot you will cross a number(s). There are 11 of them. Enter that into the File Access Number (FAN) and you will get directions on how to solve this puzzle.
In order to input the correct pin# you must add 3 to each number on the Key FOB.
So for example if the Key FOB says: 453618 Then you will enter: 786941 - note that the 8 turns into a 1 because the numbers only go from 0-9, so once you hit 10 you automatically restart at 0.
Mission 2: Case Dismissed
Track down Linda Kriley. Well. That didn't quite work out. She dead. We do, however, have her notebook which gives us her website.

Go to LindaKrileyLegel.com
Within the red text there are 11 numbers. enter those numbers in the DUP Intranet. A video will come up.
[1] On the upper left side the Case number, and they talk about Judge Paulson. Enter that info in the boxes in Linda Kriley Legal and you will continue the story.
Mission 3: Final Verdict
Go to the building marked on the map and go into Eugene's "lair". Looks like the Judge has put down the gavel for the last time.

Take the pictures and collect the evidence as usual. This time on your way out, you have a paper visitor. Pick up her Origami and leave Eugene's. Part 2 complete.
